Which motherboard is better?

I am looking into my first build and was wondering which mother board to choose? I have narrowed it down to two:

Asus Maximus Formula

I recommend the Asus Rampage Formula on the one Daisymtc showed you, newer chipsets

That Asus is also a serious option as I found it for under $280. That motherboard says it will use 1066 ram or 1200 ram but i think 1200 i would have to overclock to be able to use. Which would be better? faster? more stable?

I'd say either the Rampage Formula, or the Maximus Formula.

It doesn't really matter, as both will be fine. I have the Maximus Formula, and I'm loving it so far.

Is that a good luck because 1066 is hard to deal with or find or just a general good luck on the undertaking of a build? haha
