Which motherboard?

If I got this RAM (crucial ballistix tracer), this CPU (E6850), and this GPU (EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS), what would be a good motherboard to go with it?

I'm probably willing to spend about £150 on it, and at a push £200.

What is this '680i' and '750i' all about?

(I'm probably looking to overclock too)

Are ASUS the best, or what?
What about Gigabyte?

gigabyte p35's should work i think....cant check it right now, but others should confirm or say im wrong

The cooling looks better on the second, and I'm assuming this means more power, but where?

Baring in mind the specs I posted above, would I get any better performance out of the latter, or be able to overclock it further than the first?

and also supports dual videocards and DDR3 ram.

yea but you dont need the dual vid cards unless you are planning on running it, i would say spend the money on the nicer card, and there isnt really a reason to get ddr3 yet

P.P.S....

Can I use SATA-II hard drives in that motherboard, or only SATA?
If I did use SATA-II drives, would the motherboard be holding them back in anyway?
