I'm building a computer for gaming and my friend said get this
Gigabyte GA-M61SME-S2 Skt AM2, On Board VGA, PCI-E, DDR2, SATA2 RAID, LAN, HD Audio, USB2, mATX

Where i think this one would be better due to the 4 ram slots
http://www.microdirect.co.uk/(30903)Gigabyte-motherboard-GAMA69GMS2H-AMD-Socket.aspx

which is the best and will i be able to keep updating it? will the new ram sticks and all the new graphic cards slot in there?

If it's gaming you're after, you're totally on the wrong track. First, AMD gets their butts handed to them by Intel, no contest. For gaming it's a no-brainer.

Second, those boards are cheap pieces of junk. They're not designed for gaming at all. They're general use, low end boards.

Forget AMD.. They're washed up "has beens" that had their six months in the spotlight. The fanboys got their moment.. They got their butts handed to them by the C2D. They finally shut up again. Best to leave it that way.

Nah, Intel isn't much more expensive at all, especially if you follow AMD's recommended hardware lists. Geez, those new Penryns are coming out starting at $200. Hard to beat that.
