Which of these GPUs is the best?

The one I have right now is

EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB SuperSC ACX 2.0+ Video Card

Here are some other choices, for some reason some of the 3GB ones are the same price almost or even cheaper than the 2GB one i have?

XFX Radeon R9 280 3GB Double Dissipation Video Card
XFX Radeon R9 280 3GB Black Edition Double Dissipation Video Card
XFX Radeon R9 280 3GB Black Edition Double Dissipation Video Card (1Ghz)
Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3GB DUAL-X Video Card
PowerColor Radeon R9 280 3GB TurboDuo Video Card

Take into consideration that i will be slightly overclocking as well.

But it looks like from the URL that you want a R9 280....

Different brands, coolers, clock speeds, and VRAM amounts all effect price.

Since it's a 2 generation old card, some prices can be stock dependent (who has what).

Personally I'd go with MSI or Sapphire for Radeon cards. XFX cards are nice too, and can be good on a budget.
 
If you've already got a 960 then why are you looking at a 280? Those cards are fairly similar and you won't see much change in performance if you're going from a 960 to a 280.

Or are you just saying you're also looking at getting a 960 as an option, not that you already have it?
 
yeah the GTX 960, GTX 770 and the R9 280x are all about the same in performance. If you want to upgrade get a GTX 970 or 980.
