Those sticks are the same speed. pc2700 is 333mhz. DDR stands for dual data rate so in fact 166mhz is actually 333mhz.
 
thx for ur answer. But how about the PNY 333 Mhz DDR, isnt that 666 mhz then?

No, DDR only comes in these speeds.

pc2100 266mhz
pc2700 333mhz
pc3200 400mhz

Manufacturers just label their sticks differently.

It doesn't matter which memory you use, It's older type ram and neither will outperform the other. Infineon will usually come installed in store bought machines like dells.
 
Infineon also makes alot of memory ics for other manufacturers, in all likelyhood that PNY stick probably has infineon ic's on it.
