That would be better, tigerdirect is overpriced.

Of those 2 the 5670 is better i think, plus more vram, but with their low performance they shouldn't ever need that much really.

Ati is better according to specs but Nvidia has Physx (more particle effects), and yeah like jonny^ said, they are both low performace so Physx shouldnt really matter...go for Ati

Diciplined, what do you intend to do with the cards? Is it for gaming on simply multiple screens or both?

The 5670 will rape the 440, and physx never matters.
