Which one of these monitors is better?

The Samsung, hands down.

The only thing the Hanns.G has that the Samsung doesn't do better is the physical screen size.

The contrast ratio on the Samsung is better, meaning you will have darker darks and lighter lights. Additionally, the Samsung has 1ms lower lag time than the other. Doesn't really matter much unless you have a gripe about lag time.

Its a give and take between the two:

Hanns- 2.5in more screen space (diagonal)
Samsung- $30 cheaper, -1ms lag, better contrast, +I have heard good things about Samsung's quality.

( I have not heard anything about the Hanns's quality. not + nor -)

Side by side, all you may see is that the Samsung is a bit more vivid, but not much. if the 2.5in is worth $30 more dollars to you, go for it. ;)
 
I ended up getting a 24" Samsung over HP because at the time the viewing angles on the Samsung were Much better. Samsung makes a nice monitor.
 
The Hanns monitor, you are simply just getting a big screen size but the samsung will offer a better picture and more vivid game play.

Id go with the 27.5 inch, worth the bigger screen according to me.
 
Samsung anyday (i'd take asus over samsung somedays)

Hanns-G.... this is a joke right? HAHA - thing is it's huge and cheap
