Which one would you buy ?

I've only had time for a brief look through, but the Hipro 400W strikes me as being one of the best of a bad lot. Without system specs, I can't guarantee you that it's sufficient for your system, though. BTW, if this is for an older system without a 4pin ATX12V connector, you're best to look for a single +12V rail unit.

you like cutting it fine, don't you :). Anyway, the ratings on that PSU are sufficient, but I don't exactly have confidence in a Coolmax V-Series' ability to actually put out it's rated output.

The FSP Group (Fortron Source) ATX300-PA is a safer bet. I have much more confidence in FSP's ratings than Coolmax's.
