Which one?

i would go with the xfx. don't let the memory clock fool you. they are the same there. if you aren't afraid of overclocking (really easy) then get the xfx. it has a great warranty and it has an extra dvi port (although this is just for if you have two dvi monitors). although i could be wrong since i don't know much about the performance of pci-e x16 2.1, i would assume the performance is the same. can anyone else verify that?

XFX, for double lifetime warranty. if you buy the obe with the "ZNFC" at the end of it, don't expect the batmobile cooler, you'll get this one:

that one is actually supposed to offer better gpu cooling than the so called "batmobile" one (now the official name in my book). evidently at full load it can be up to like 8 C or so cooler.

I ahve one of the second generaton coolers on my 5770. with my soundcard covering half of the fan (:() it idles at 38c, default 35% fan speed so i'd say that's pretty good.

But it does get up to almost 72c while heavy gaming. It is summer here, so in winter i'll get cooler temps across the board.
