I am in a big rush, and don't have time to do research, so I came to ask you guys. There will be ocing involved, 3 pci slots would be nice. Which on would be better for me?

You know something, I think you may be right on that. If I get absolutely worthless repleys like that. Did it not dawn on you that maybe I was researching other parts other than the mobo? Having someone else do this one thing could have saved me some time.

the ASUS A8n looks like it is better and it is cheaper, but they are both very close.

well one board you can SLI and the other you cant. so depending on if you want to SLI go with the ASUS if you dont then the DFI is better(i think) and its a great overclocker.
