why dont you get a 7600 GT and get 4400 now and RAM now ?

any benchmarks.. tomshardware doesn't have the 7900gtx benchmarks up
plus im thinking of keeping this for a while.

Without any doubt I would go with number 1 rig, screw the 1 month waiting for the RAM, it's worth it.
