the 2nd one. even though both are overpriced.

I thought the 1st one was faster:confused: the alien ware only has 500GB while the komplett has 1TB GB and on top of that The 2nd one wont come with a wi fi signal. As I will need it thats included in the first one. Because im not getting cable for my bedroom

they're both running the same cpu. a bigger hdd does not make it go faster. and the 680i is a better overlclocker.

Once again if I get the alienware I would have to save up for a monitor my parents an't going over the 3,000 limit.:(

you can go with the first one if you dont overclock eventhough you can overclock with that one too. the ram is on the slow side since is valued and considering it has a top of the line video card and quad core.

Ah hah! I'll go for the alien ware ande take money out of my bankaccount for the monitor! Anyone know the alienwares output.

Is it DVI?

I've never had an Alienware but because it's an 8800 I'm guessing it's a DVI output not D-SUB. However as people have said you get converters included usually so you can run an analogue monitor off a DVI output.

i dont think they will give you the content of the video card so you might not be given a dvi to dsub.

Alienware is owned by Dell, as can be told by the similarities in their sites (They're the same). Alienware are notorious for their bad customer service but that may not be in all cases. Most higher-end monitors come with both DVI and D-SUB (VGA). However a lot only supply a VGA cable so you are often given a small connector about an inch to 2 inches long that means the DVI connector is now a D-SUB connector. However a DVI cable would be better as there's less interference.

I think I'll just go of komplett and give it better ram.

which one
