Which Power Supply will fit in my Case?

Hello. I'm building a new system, and made the mistake of buying the case with a power supply. It's very loud and noisy, and blows HOT air into and out of the case, not to mention it gets pretty warm itself. Now, i've read the 101 here on PSUs, but one thing i did NOT see covered was how to go about picking a PSU that fits in a case. Here is my system, so far:

Case:

Mind you, I ONLY bought the motherboard from newegg.com, since i couldn't find it elsewhere. I need a Power Supply that has the following features, in order of preference:

1. Stability, obviously, i need something to count on lasting, at least, 3 or more years.

2. Quiet. A No-brainer here, need to basically NOT hear the fan(s).

3. 2 SATA Power Connectors: For my 2 SATA HDD's, for some reason, the power adapter that came with my mobo will NOT work.

4. 2 4-Pin Floppy Connectors: It seems most PSU's have just one, why is that?

I know just 3 PSU makers that match ALL the above: Cooler Master, Rosewill, and Ultra. Although, reviews of Cooler Master say it's loud on newegg, so i think that's off my list. Most reviews of Rosewill says it's quiet (i sure hope so) but some say they're DOA or fail soon, is that right? As for Ultra, only their V-Series has 2 4-Pin Floppy connectors AFAIK. I just picked up this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817152028 for my system and installed in on Friday. Granted, price after rebate went up $5 since then, but eh. So far so good. Should meet all your requirements, and it's pseudo-modular too, to boot!

Edit: Heh, just realized I gave a recommendation, but didn't answer your question:) Any ATX PSU should work just fine.

I forgot to tell my budget, it's about $50 or less, but i'll consider something that's $60 as a max. price i'm willing to pay. That PSU definitely will look good in my case, but while it has a 135mm fan, a few reviews said it was loud, or least not as quiet as it should be. Since my Raidmax case came with a Raidmax PSU, it's hard for me to believe they make quiet PSUs....Are you suggesting that since my case is Raidmax, a Raidmax PSU would make the best or (gulp) only fit?
 
Well, loud is relevant to the environment. I've 2 120 mm fans, a 90mm CPU fan, another 90 mm fan aimed at my GPU, and that PSU. My system is about 3 feet from me and I can only just barely hear it. Unless I'm actively listening to it, I forget it's there. The reason big-brand systems are so quiet is because there's a low-speed PSU fan and usually only one other low-speed fan somewhere in the middle.

And no, the Raidmax case you bought and the PSU I linked was coincidence - any standard ATX PSU should work.
 
It's a sigh of relief that i do NOT have to get a Raidmax PSU, speaking of "big-brand" systems, who makes Dell PSUs? My dad's Dimension E310 has a VERY quiet PSU. How do i find out the speed of a PSU fan? I mean, what specs should i be looking for?
 
Why not have a look at the Corsair VX450 450W power supply. Its very very stable and silent, sleeved cables and very efficent. Its slightly more expensive than other 450W units, but its worth it.
