Which Power Supply?

Has 34 amps on the +12v rail, but only 350 watts so it has lower amps on the other rails.

Which one should I get for a mid-range system? I'm afraid if I go with the second one, there may be a shortage on the +3.3v and +5v rails. Thanks!

Go for the first one, 29a is plenty on the 12v.

a 24A @ +12V is aleady enough for my system. so.. youll be fine with such a PSU.
however, i can only suggest getting a quality PSU, because they run stable for shure. if you get a cheap PSU, you might end up having a PC suffering from random restarts
