which psu for me?

what do you think about this PSU:

it has 2 +12V rails, has a hold up time of 16ms min, effeincy of >75% but the +12V1 has 18A and the +12V2 has 17A. so then this one isnt one i should buy, is it?

but its from rosewill. ive had bad experience when i bought a wireless card from them. however its obviously better with 18+20A. but like I said its rosewill

i would like to pay no more than $60 USD including shipping, after rebates. also i would like a BRAND NAME, not junk like apevia or what ever. can you guys dig something up, or tell me if i should get one of these 2? thanks alot in advance for all your help!

I've owned 3 Rosewill psu's btw, and all are still functional and in comps, but, heres a nice Antec PSU for 60 bucks, free shipping, three +12v rails.

ok thanks so I guess I will probably get that antec but i cant find out how many 4 pin connectors it has! I need 4 of them: 2 dvd drives, and then 2 just in case i need them! (like i might put in a 40GB laptop HDD for storage, using a 2.5" to 3.5" convertor)
