I have done some research on psu. Can you guys advise which is better?

Antec High Current 620W
Antec EarthWatts EA650
Antec TruePower TP-650W
Cooler Master Extreme power 650watt

or any other brand you guys think it's ok. Cosair would be quite expensive compared to other brand.

Thank you for the help

Here is the specs:
Details:

Intel Core i5 2500 Processor 3.3 GHz
2 X 4GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM BRAND NEW RAM ULTRA FAST
2TB SATA Hard Drive
Sapphire Radeon HD 6970 Gaming video card
Dell 23'' UltraSharp Monitor

I haven't heard of the High Current line up before but I know that the True Power lineup is pretty good. If you want the best of the best of powersupplies I would recommend looking at Seasonic units.

The Antec High Current 620W is basically a Seasonic S12II 620W. Pretty good. Not top-of-the-line, but at least above average.

The Truepower New line is also Seasonic built, is easily the best of the ones you posted. It's nearly as good as Seasonic's M12D platform, which is legendary. It actually shares a component or two with it.

The TPN-650 is a pretty hard deal to beat, honestly. It's an excellent performer, has tons of protections, is way overbuilt(a good thing in this case), has a 5-year warranty, and is partially modular.

Whatever you do, don't get the cooler master. It's junk.

XFX sometimes has a good deal in the price range...particularly their Black Edition line. It's based off of the aforementioned M12D platform.
