Which PSU is better?

So I was browsing Newegg and I found this:

Antec NeoPower NeoHE 550 ATX12V 550W Power Supply 100 - 240 V

Is it better than my original choice:

Sunbeam NUUO SUNNU550-US-SV ATX12V/ EPS12V 550W Power Supply 100-120V

The former has 3 12v rails at 18A each, but the other has 2 12v rails at 20A and 18A. Also, the hold up time for the first is longer. Which is the better choice?

My cousin has the latter ( but at600 watts) and it works beautifully, i'd recommend it

I would rather go with the Antec 650 for $114.00 after rebate that unit is real high quality and will last you longer especially if you have any chance of wanting a direct x 10 video card in the near future ?

The NeoHE is the better of the two PSUs.

That would explain it

The Nuuo is a good unit for it's price, but it really can't compete with the NeoHE (Which is usually significantly more expensive).

I doubt you'll beat the GameXStream 700W value wise.
