Which PSU Is Better

That's a difficult choice, both are very good PSUs. The Thermaltake is slightly more efficient, and the regulation is a little better, but the Silverstone is capable of putting out a little bit more power in practice. Build quality is similar. Overall, I'd probably say that the Thermaltake is slightly better, but not $30 better.

For a modular 750W PSU at that price, however, I'd go for the Silverstone DA750 over either model. What will it be powering?
