Which PSU's are best

I would like a CPU that is 1000W. 850W would do but from there and up would be best.

Whats the best choice out of these PSU's, and what is a modular PSU?

Corsair makes excellent quality. Modular means that the component power cables are not permanently attached to PSU so you can plug them in as needed which makes for a cleaner installation.

I forgot to mention I live in Australia. So unforntunatly the all famous newegg won't be of any help

i wouldn't even consider apevia. you should look into the corsair HX1000W, seasonic, and PC P&C.

Yeah thanks. That PSU seem to be perfect for what I want though it is a bit pricy at the current store. I'm not sure but I may look around for hopefully some better stores.
