Which Ram should I buy?

I currently have 1GB Ram and wanted to upgrade to 2GB Ram (Dual). I'm confused as to what 3-3-3-8 and 2-3-3-6 and all those timing numbers mean.. Which one do you think I should buy?

Usually the lower the better, there are more than 4 numbers in the timings but the first 4 usually say enough

You want to try to keep the timings as close as possible. There are workarounds, but it doesn't sound like you have the knowledge to attempt them. Try to find what you have in there now by googling and then start from there.
