Which router to buy!

hello, im affraid i dont know much about routers as this is the 1st one if had to buy, i have Demon 8meg broadband but my router keeps playing up and crashing. so im looking for a new one, but i dont know which are good ones and which are bad. i want a reliable (so it doesnt crash) and i can download for long periods of time but also fast! thanks for the help

I could not be more happy with my Buffalo WHR-HP-G54. However, it seems Newegg doesn't sell them anymore. I don't even see the non-HP (high powered) version, or their newer (and not reccomended) G125. Strange...
