Which SATA cable to plug my HD into?

There's 2 lots of (----SATA----SATA----4pin Peripheral) coming from my PSU, I have a SATA HD which i need to plug in, does it matter which of the 4 SATA connectors i use and would this make any difference to the subsequent drive lettering as with old HD's?
I was wondering if it would make sense to connect it to the lowest numbered SATA?

You can connect any where @ available SATA slots no problem will be there.
And yes there will be no change in driver letter to ur existing drives, the system will allot new letter to new drive.

He talking about the Sata power connectors from the P/S. Not the Sata cable going from the drive to the motherboard.

Yah, any connector from the PSU will do. Even does not matter to what port on your mobo you connect it, it might only affect boot order. You select which letter or what drive you want to be C: and so on when you install OS.
