Wil there be much problem with heat/overheat on the 900s vs the 720?
I don't game, just browse and videos... and some Garmin-software

No overheat issue. I would also recommend the getting 720 with the I5 processor.

And how often would you think is smart to get the fan cleaned? There will always be som kind of dust even in a cleaan home.
I have never thought about dust-fan-issue until now. And a pal of mine recomended the 900s instedad, because that one is fanlesss.

Base speed of the I5 is 2.5 ghz with a turbo of 3.1. The base speed of the M5-6Y54 is 1.1 ghz with a turbo of 2.7. The 1.1 is gonna be so slow compared to the other one and you'll regret it. Just keep an eye out for dust if you live in a dusty environment.

Fanless generally equates to low power, so it would be significantly slower, as per John's notes above.
