Which sound card to get ?

Hey i'm going to get a new sound card this week and its going to be between either the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeMusic ($69.31) or Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Gamers Fatal1ty Pro($95.34). Now i believe the only difference between these 2 cards are the fatality has the X-RAMS. Now i would never pay retail price for the X-RAMS but since i got a good deal on these two cards which one should i go with ? Is the X-RAMS worth it for $26 ?
I'm gonna be gaming,watching movies and listening to music so yeah .
 
Yeah, get the Fatal1ty one. i would if i could get it for that price. Remember to use the ALchemy software if you have windows vista or 7, and if you play games.
 
Windows Vista and 7 only uses software accelerated sound in games. ALchemy overrides this, if you have a creative card and windows vista/7

Making games sound better and avoiding software sound issues (crackling, popping, cutting out entirely, etc. It also improves performance by utilizing the sound card and not processor power)
