Which SSD should I buy?

I use 3 OCZ Vertex3 SSD's (RAID) in my Desktop and 2 Corsair Force GT (RAID) in my laptop
Both systems perform well and the cost was reasonable for the significant improvement in speed (read/write).. plus they are silent.. which I really like

Yup looks like im going with the 128GB vertex 4, thanks for your help spirit!

Thats for the input laquer, helped to make me decide on getting one!
But also a note on the vertex 4, it has 512-1024mb of DDR3 RAM, built in, so even when full, it can still perform well and instead of getting less than 128GB I will actually get 128gb! A nice little perk, could go in to detail but anyway im happy with it, and it has a 5 year warranty so hopefully thatll be enough! I can always expand if needed.
