Which video card is better?

I am wondering which of the following 2 cards are better in single card performance:

this overclocked geforce gtx 285-

this geforce gtx 295-

or is there a even better geforce gtx 285 or 295?

Sort of a trick question, as the 295 is a dual GPU card.

It means lifetime on parts & lifetime on labor--hence the 'double lifetime term'
