Which way should I steer my mom...

Hmmmm.....well here it is....

Ok, so at some point after reading suggestions I finally decided to scrap the idea of keeping parts of her old computer and just getting all new stuff. I don't know a lot about some "minor" details though. I don't know much about IDE vs. SATA, I don't know much about what is the appropriate amount of certain types of wiring to come off of the power supply, I don't know much about why my RAM should be 800 instead of 1066 but I'm sure some of you guys do so if you wouldn't mind, can you let me know if the following looks good?

This before shipping is $340...Anything I'm missing? Does all this look compatiable? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
