The top one is only 128mb andthere is not much differance in the bottom two only $1

Yup, go with the second one. The bit rate is half, but the memory and core clocks are the fastest, as well as the obvious double RAM.

The 7600GS would is a better performer at that price-range, if you're considering other cards.
