What are your motherboard specs? The interface that the soundcard uses that you can get depends on not only budget, but what slots you have available on your express lanes(pci, pci x1, pci x4, etc).

Excellent choices, you're a man of taste I see. It appears that motherboard supports pci-x1, so you don't have to settle for pci interface. Here's one like that Xonar for a bit cheaper in a x1 interface but with a headphone amp: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829132010
