I can't see how a $30 psu got 21 "5 Stars". Also there are almost no specs on that site.

I wouldn't touch the HEC, particularly for an 8800GTS.

Honestly, it's a tough call between the two XClio units. The 460W is a relative newcomer, and not much is known about it. I do know that it's made by Enhance whereas the Goodpower is made by Channelwell. Of the two, I generally consider Enhance to be the better manufacturer, and while I suspect that the Stablepower is the better of the two, the Goodpower is a well proven unit and $8 cheaper as well.

I can't see you being disappointed with either unit.

Actually, I did a little research.. HEC Had been around for a long ass time and use to be made by the same people Antec was... that PSU at its 12's at 19+20A

I'd rather have a better qaulity one then say one that pumps out 600 or so but is a POS.
