usually drive f is the cd rom. so if there is no drive in ur cd , then u can't access them without the cd being in the cd rom, other wise if the f is a local drive on ur computer, then the problem may be with the privilege for u, can u post ur problem in ur detials/
or there might problem with the file extension of ur drive, (exm, Fat or NTFS ...)

That's weird...could you try rebooting in Safemode to see whether that folder is accessible (usually F8 at startup)? You could check what is using that folder by downloading wholockme? :

i have downloaded the wholockme and i run it in the command line.
but.there are noting showed.
i typed this:wholockme -m -f mynamefile.
my drive was useing NTFS file format.
