Extending shipping to other countries means a raise in prices for EVERYONE. Therefore, us American buyers would see a slight price increase. Already people would rather pay the $10 to have it NOW from the store than wait a few days online. If it was only a $3 difference, that many more people would jsut go to the store.

So basically, for now anyways, they ship US only to keep there customers and keep there prices the lowest (almost always the lowest anyways). I think once the foreign market REALLY starts bugging them about it they could afford to start shipping to Europe and Asia without losing too many US customers which will always be there #1 target group and the best paying customers.
 
Newegg. If it's something small like a fan or a cathlode stick then I call my dad and ask him if he can run by the local computer shop in town.
 
Most of the time I order from ZipZoomFly. If it is something I need quick though I usually buy from Circuit City (I work there) but as far as Motherboards, PSU's, and Vid. cards etc. they come from ZipZoomFly.
