Who Knows about Antec?

It does have 3 12V rails. Says so on Antec's website. I am guessing that is why it is called the "Trio".

That power supply would be good for future upgrades, but not for the system you have now, it would be a little overkill.

my system is pretty basic, nothing to big :

e6300 @ 2.2ghz
X1950XT
One 120GB hard drive
One DVD burner
1 GB RAM

I know you said it's basic, but your RAM is really low compared with the other parts of the computer, I would definitely get more (another GB) if you want/need to upgrade the performance in the future.

Output power is more than sufficient, and quality isn't too bad. I'd probably go with either the Enhance 5150GH or Corsair HX520W myself, though, but it's not a bad choice.

I know what the website says, but it's not correct. Take a look at any internal picture of the unit and you'll see why.

I've heard reveiws about It only has two 12v rails, when it said it had three?
There are two points where the cables are soldered to the PCB, but even these aren't on separate circuits. They're just jumpered together, with no OCP. In my book, that makes a single rail unit (which is not a bad thing).

FYI, this is the case with all Seasonic built units. Seasonic do not make PSUs with more than two rails.
