Who makes the best 3.5" card reader?

My Vantec card reader just s*** the bed. It says any card I put into it needs to be formatted, and then it'll rapidly connect and disconnect like someone is pulling the cord off the headers. The USB port will only work if whatever is plugged into it is wiggled a certain way.

I know I didn't screw the reader up when I did cable management. There isn't a single zip tie on the cable to the card reader, it goes straight from the drive bay right to the header.

I NEED a card reader because I make gaming videos, I use it for school photography stuff, and my dad has a GoPro he used for deer hunting videos.

Just go buy any card reader? They're all pretty similar tbh.

Just buy a USB one. Internal ones are spotty.
