Yes it is a mod, and no its not hard, i did one in my old silver case after seeing jans, then i got my soprano, and theres no way im carving that one up...... Its really not hard, just mark up a 80mm hole, mark up the four hole screws in relation to the hole, cut the main bits out, sand the rest sdown nicely, drill the holes, and boom, just shove a fan in there....

I think I might try it, but I'm going to try glueing both peices together, then use a doorknob drill bit to get the whole, then use some nice 400grit to smooth it without loosing depth
