I'm sure this has been posted before, but thought it may be a fun subject...i'm bored. By the way, share your Tech Support stories, those are always fun.

I worked for a ISP once when I lived elsewhere and I was always getting funny stories from that place.

Like this one time I had a lady tell me she plugged the phone line into her monitor....and it wasn't a MAC. She was crazy. I asked her if she taped it to the side of the monitor....it was great.
