Whos returned a product to newegg?

Ive looked all over newegg and I havent found anything about the returning. My e-GeForce wasnt compatible with my shuttle so I want to return it. Do I just send it back?

call customer service up and tell them what happend, and tell will tell you the steps in sending the item back, as for moneyback, theres like a 10 day return policy I think

u have to email them first with the order number and stuff first beforehand before you return it or else they're ignore it.

At the bottom of the screen on the main page there should be a link named "RMA and return policy". Might want to rifle through that a little before doing anything else.

They seem like a good store/ business. Surely they sure have a longer return policy than 10 day. Where I work, the return policy is 3 months. Shame Brits can't buy from Newegg.
