*sigh* Just use Pale Moon! It's just like Firefox except it doesn't have the awful UI interface and you will have the drop down search engine box like Firefox. You can install more than one browser you know. You do not need a 64 bit version, however Pale Moon comes in a 64 bit version. Or you could check out Cyber Fox, but I don't like their search engine box.
Thanks for the advice. I downloaded Pale Moon X64 yesterday and when I started to load it a popup window appeared saying that the 64 bit version had problems with most add-ons and do I really want to install it or install the 32 bit version instead so I canceled the install.
Then I stumbled on
this comparison thing between Firefox vs Chrome vs Opera. Well I’ve never even heard of Opera before and I didn’t really care about most of the comparisons in the review like font scale because it’s all adjustable, so I’m still undecided.
I’m tired of comparisons and I may try the Pale Moon X64 one more time to see if any of my add-ons are affected and if so, I guess I’ll have to go with Chrome and just have blind faith in Google.
I found some other information about processors vs Pale Moon X64 and not to even consider it with Pentium III or other SSE-only x86 because it will not run.
It’s been a long time since I’ve dealt with processors and I don’t have a clue of what is being used today. I see that my computer has an AMD FX 6120 6 core processor and I can only assume that it has to be better than Pentium III.
Well I just installed pale moon x64, but I can't log in to this site. I keep getting a redirect error and I've entered the correct password a number of times so I don't know what is going on.
I'm going to have to keep working at it.
I don't know what is going on because I can log in with Firefox and IE with the same password, but not from Pale Moon
:good: OK I can log in through the link from my email but not directly

Oh well I guess that's OK
