Why do i lose my login and pass

I have an older PC, no big deal im going to get a better one,but anyway every so often when i get a blue screen and the machine reboot's all the member login's and password's have to be re entered. On the message board's i visit . What make's it delete them? TY

The passwords and usernames are stored in either the cache or cookies, I always get confused. I would imagine that for whatever reason, when your computer shuts down with the blue screen, they are cleared.

Check your browser settings. There is an option to clear cache or cookies or history each time you exit the browse, maybe this is checked. It will clear your usernames and passwords each time you close the browser. Untick or uncheck if you don't want this.
