Why does "#" appear every time I press enter?

This is really getting on my nerves right now...#

Every time I press enter it pops up with a hash, and everytime I press Shift + Enter, it pops up with the squiggle:~

Please help me... It's getting extremely annoying...

anyone of us could face this problem later on.

it was his problem !
 
lol...

I guess it was to do with my ZBoard... I swapped keysets, then switched back to the QWERTY keyset and it worked again...

I guess I should have tried fixing around before I made a topic about it though... Ahh well!

:)
