Why does my printer only print on part of the page?

My HP Envy 5530 on prints on about 3/4 or the page.

How do I get to that? I can't find it by clicking on Settings from the Start Menu. I think I have Windows 10.

Usually you can go to devices and printers and then double click on the printer to access properties. Paper size should be set to letter.

Paper size is set to letter. I just realized that this only happens when printing from .pdf.

That didn't solve the problem. These .pdf's are open in Firefox if that tells you anything.

My default .pdf viewer is Internet Explorer and it prints fine when I do it that way. It also works when I go to the website in Internet Explorer without downloading it. So I suppose the problem is FireFox. I can't see any settings in FireFox that are obvious to remedy this issue.
