WIndows 10 Why doesn't my computer run well?

Hello, I have problems running most of my video games with my current specs, but I don't understand why.

GTX 1070
Intel i5-6400
8GB of RAM
Running Windows 10

Could someone explain to me whats up? / What I can do to mediate my problem?

First I would check what version of Windows 10 you have. If it is the 32bit version you are only able to utilize 4GB's of RAM. If you have the 64bit version I would run some malware and virus scans.

Also make sure you're video cable is plugged into the video card ports and not the onboard video motherboard ports.
