this is my computer, i use this power supply and my monitor wont turn on whenever i try to install graphic card like xfx radeon hd 5750 or HIS radeon HD 5750 IceQ. Does anyone knows what's the problem?

Try a different power supply first. It was quite cheap as you should be spending about 60-80 bucks for a power supply for a good system.

so my motherboard or comp is not the problem right? i was afraid that this comp might be too weak to run these powerful graphic cards.. do u think a Corsair - 650W ATX CPU Power Supply have the ability to run the iceq graphic card?

All I'm saying right now is try a different power supply or video card besides the ones you have. You might have a dead graphics slot. But I definately wouldn't run those video cards you tried on the power supply you have.

im pretty sure my graphic slot is not dead because i can feel the fan in the graphic card running. a dead slot wouldnt be able to do that, right? and what do you mean by the last sentence?

and what do you mean by the last sentence?

You are trying to run high end video card on a $30 power supply. That won't cut it in my opinion. I would definately think about getting the corsair unit you were talking about.

i got another question. before all of these new graphic cards that i got, i used a geforce 8400 gs, and when i got the new graphic card, i just took out the 8400 gs and plug in the w/e graphic card i just got. am i suppose to uninstall the driver of the 8400 gs before plugging in the new graphic card? can that conflict be the problem why the monitor wont turn on?

No, because the pc should still post and be able to get into the bios or whatever with the new card. The driver gets loaded when you see the windows splash screen.
