Why is it that my IE is not working properly ?

Everytime I turn my computer on I then I click on Internet Explorer I get a message " Internet Explorer can not desplay this page". In order to get it going I must do System Restore. It has got something to do with Windows Updates.
I have no problem with Mozilla Firefox.
I have Win. 7 ultimate 64-bit.

The fact that it is IE?

I don't know as I don't use it.
When you click on updates manually will it show the update site?

You have two IE versions on your computer, 32-bit and 64-bit.
Did you try both of them?
Does the issue happen with any web page?

Try also this...
Close IE.
Go Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools, and click on Internet Explorer (no add-ons). Same thing?
