Why is my download so slow?

I'm on IE right now, trying to download Firefox. The download speed is literally about 3.08KB/s.

WTF? My ISP is giving me up to 1.5Mb/s, which usually comes out to about 200KB/s. What's holding up this download?
 
Maybe Internet explorer doesnt like the fact your going off with another browser :D

It should be litraly a few seconds download...its small.

where are you downloading it from?
