Why is my new game build slow? Help!

I can't play WoW at ultra and I thought I would be able to but it glitches to much I have to bring it down to normal. What do I need to do to my build? I was thinking more ram but i don't know.

What resolution are you at? Not sure but i think the 6770 should be better than that, do you have the latest drivers?
