Why is the cursor pulled away when I'm typing?

When my laptop boots into Windows (7 64bit), I start typing something in a form's field, and Windows always yanks the cursor to some other process that's starting up. This happens several times with each start up. Is there a way to stop this?
 
How many programs are running automatically at startup on your laptop? Could you give us a list from hitting Windows Key + R, entering "msconfig" without the quotes, and going to the "startup" tab?
 
There are 34 programs starting at start up.

I guess you'll have to see if stopping either of those helps. On another note, I looked through all those programs because I had never heard of a few of them, and that F.lux program is pretty cool! It even has a Linux version. :)
 
Disable all startup items in MS config

Turn them on one by one until the problem occurs, disable that process, problem solved

I hope your PC boots up fast, although judging by the amount of startup processes you have I doubt it does... lol
