Why is WBEM on my computer?

Why is WBEM on my computer?

as I google and found this http://www.dmtf.org/standards/wbem/ dont understand much but seems like some kind of remote stuff....

is it normal for it to be on my computer? I notice the WVEM while I was using CCleaner..... it deletes stuff in wbem.

That's a part of your computer. It doesn't make anything bad. If CCleaner deletes some files...well let it do it and don't worry.
