why won't any of my software download?

I have been trying to download limewire, java, avant brower and none of them won't finish downloading. it would download but stop at 99%. anybody know the problems? this never happened before I retore my computer and now ever since I did restored they all won't download.

Have you ran Ccleaner to clean out your temp files? How are you connected to the net? What operating system are you running?

I had the similar problem just make a new account, make it administrator. You can download anything on the new account.

Yes I have been running Ccleaner to clean it out. I have window xp. I have netgear.
