Why wont computer stay asleep?

It happens especially at evening / night on a daily basis. Computer wont stay asleep.

A very similar 2nd computer stays asleep fine 98% of the time. The 2nd computer has a bigger RAM and SSD boot drive, but otherwise the same and 1st computer suffering from insomnia.

powercfg -lastwake

To see what woke it up.

If it is a wake timer, you can check event viewer's system log filtered on event source of power - troubleshooter to see which timer
